Terms of Use

The service

Gronsfeld builds games and apps: you play, earn points, keep streaks, and compete with other players. We license our apps to you for personal, non-commercial use; we do not sell you the software.

Your account

You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple, Google, or e-mail. Keep your credentials safe — actions under your account are yours. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account); deletion is permanent and removes your progress.

Fair play

Our games are competitive, so fairness is part of the deal. You agree not to:

• cheat — automate play, exploit bugs, manipulate the clock, or interfere with matchmaking;
• attack the service — probe, overload, reverse-engineer our backend, or bypass its protections;
• abuse others — offensive display names or avatars are not allowed.

Scores and virtual items

Points, ratings, streaks, boosts, and other in-game values are game mechanics, not property. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be adjusted or reset where our anti-cheat systems detect manipulation — that adjustment is part of keeping competition honest for everyone.

Subscriptions and purchases

Our apps may offer optional paid upgrades — auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payment is taken by the store the app came from, never by us: Apple under the Apple Media Services terms, or Google under the Google Play Terms of Service:

• subscriptions renew automatically for another period until you cancel — with Apple, at least 24 hours before the current period ends;
• you can manage or cancel any time in your store account: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in the Google Play app → your profile → Payments and subscriptions;
• prices are shown before purchase and may change for future periods with notice;
• refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its terms — we cannot issue them on your behalf.

Advertising

Some of our apps are free because advertising pays for them. Where an app shows ads, a paid subscription removes them entirely; while they are running, you agree not to interfere with them — no blocking, faking taps, or automating views, which is the same fairness rule as above applied to the thing that funds the game. The ads come from our advertising partner, not from us: we do not endorse what they promote, and any dealing with an advertiser is between the two of you. Content and ownership

The content, design, and code of our apps belong to Gronsfeld or our licensors. Your display name and avatar choice remain yours; you give us permission to show them to other players (for example on leaderboards and in matches).

Changes and availability

Our apps are living products: we add, change, and occasionally remove features, content, and events. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service — maintenance, outages, and forces beyond our control happen.

If things go wrong

Our apps are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gronsfeld is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using (or being unable to use) them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Termination

You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially break these terms (cheating and abuse being the obvious cases) — where reasonable, we will explain why.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products evolve. The date above always reflects the current revision; material changes will be announced in the apps before they apply. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the new terms.
